GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY, WASHINGTON D.C.– On October 14, 2017 the fifth annual Achieving Optimal Health Conference will be underway at Georgetown University located in Washington D.C. The one-day conference is open to the public and focuses on providing attendees with the tools and techniques to improve themselves mind, body and soul. Among other key talking points over the course of the conference, those in attendance will learn stress minimizing techniques, relationship building, proper nutrition, the benefits of yoga, and about some of the leading innovative cancer treatments.

The Achieving Optimal Health Conference is held by BB&R Wellness Consulting, a health and wellness advisory company. BB&R Wellness Consulting was founded by Doro Bush Koch and her colleagues, Therese Burch and Patricia Reilly Koch. All three women are working mothers who share a passion for leading spiritually and physically healthy lives.
